Il y a un an, j'ai essayé de combiner deux de mes passions dans une série intitulé "l'esquisse d'une vie". Dans cette nouvelle mini-serie de 5 images, qui utilise le même procédé, j'ai voulu essayer quelque chose d'un peu différent, avec une histoire courte que l'on peut découvrir en suivant ces 5 images. J'ai voulu ici y apporter une réflexion plus personnel, et forcer le lecteur a prendre le temps de regarder. On voit beaucoup de belles images sur internet, mais on reste rarement plus de quelques secondes dessus, ici, j'essaye d'insister sur la réflexion... en prenant un peu de temps, on comprend l'histoire de cette série : L'esquisse cherche d'abord a échapper à son créateur, afin de finir sa propre esquisse, pour se donner vie et sortir de sa prison de papier. Une fois devenu réel, l'esquisse donne vie a sa compagne, puis a un enfant. Cette série a été réalisé sur une période de deux semaines environ. J'aime travailler plusieurs image en même temps, et toutes les images on été terminés presque simultanément. Cela m'a permis d'avoir un rendu vraiment proche sur toutes les images, mais également une suite logique entre elles. Les photos ont été faites dans mon appartement, uniquement en lumière naturelle, sur une après midi ensoleillé. Les dessins ont été fait sur une ou deux heures de temps. C'est surtout le post traitement qui a pris du temps, et qui a été fait petit a petit. J'aime bien revenir sur mes images en plusieurs temps, pour y apporter un nouveau regard, plus constructif, et revenir sur des détails. Dans la dernière image de cette série, l'esquisse donne vie a son enfant, on peut donc dire que la boucle est bouclé... Je n'ajouterais certainement pas d'autres images a cette histoire, mais j'essayerais, sans être trop répétitif, d'autres histoire ou images mêlant cette technique de photographie et dessin.
